Punks are mainly recognized by their hair. They make their hair stand on end in different styles. Some just shave off their hair from the sides and make the middle hair stand. Others make all their hair stand up in different styles. This technique, that I would call it makes them different from all other types of people. Punks usually wear dark makeup with mostly black clothing. Tattoos are common in most, however, not all punks. Punks usually have piercing on different parts of their bodies, however it is not necessary that all punks have to have piercings. Punk bands are generally small, consisting of three to four people. Mainly two guitarists and vocalists and one drummer. Punk music is called "Punk Rock". The lyrics are shouted rather than sung just like the metalheads, just a little more roughly and louder than them. Movement is involved to make the video more lively and energetic: walking, jumping etc. Side vocalists are usually involved to add to the shouting of the lyrics. Mostly electric guitars are used by the punks for their Punk Rock.
